Scholarship appeal for underpriviledged children.

6 May

Bhante Dr. Apisit, Abbot of Wat Sri Boen Ruang is starting an appeal to grant underpriviledged children in the local area a scholarship to help them and their families with the cost of their education.
We are hoping to be able to help up to 40 children with their educational needs. This includes school uniforms, books, etc.
The recipients of these scholarships will be awarded scholarships based upon their willingness to learn, attendence at the temple, respect for their parents, teachers and elders.
We are hoping to be able to assist with a grant of about 3000-3500 Thai baht per child.
This is about $U.S. 100.00- 115.00.
If you feel that you would like to help us to help them you may make a donation via PayPal…phrachuntawongso@gmail.com

We look forward to hearing from you.
